We had a wonderful experience with HOPE Abilitation Medical Center throughout our daughter cranial helmet treatment.

From the very first visit, everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Bilal, as well as Shajeena, Kristina and Maria. The whole team is genuinely wonderful with children - always warm, patient and caring, which made every visit very comfortable for our daughter and for us as parents.

What we especially appreciated was the honesty and professionalism. In our case, the helmet treatment was mainly for aesthetic correction, and at no point did anyone try to convince us that it was something we absolutely had to do. Everything was explained clearly, the options were presented objectively, and the decision was completely ours. This gave us a lot of confidence in the clinic and the team.

Before starting, we expected wearing a helmet to be quite stressful, but it turned out to be much easier than we imagined. Christina wore it for around two months with almost no problems, and the result has been fantastic - we are extremely happy with the improvement.

And the ending was such a lovely touch: after completing her treatment, our daughter received her own medal and some gifts! 🥹 It made the whole experience even more special.

We enrolled our child in Hope AMC, Dubai, for a 40-session intensive physiotherapy program due to hyperextension in his leg, and it has been one of the best decisions we've made.

Our journey began with the initial assessment by Mr. Amr. From the very first session, we felt we were in the right hands. He took the time to thoroughly assess our child and explained how one underlying issue had led to several other challenges. His explanation was clear, detailed, and easy for us as parents to understand. What stood out the most was his patience and compassion. Even though our child was crying throughout most of the assessment, Mr. Amr remained calm, gentle, and thoughtful, making sure not to overwhelm or distress him further.

Throughout the program, we had the privilege of working with Mr. Khaled, Ms. Ansegul, Mr. Mustafa Hafiz, and Mr. Amr. Every one of them was exceptional. They took the time to understand our child's individual needs, moods, and comfort level, and they approached every session with genuine care, patience, and dedication. Their warmth and encouragement made a huge difference in our child's therapy journey.

One of the things we appreciated most was how they educated us as parents. They explained how different muscles work together, how hyperextension affects other parts of the body, and why each exercise was important. This knowledge was truly an eye-opener and has helped us better understand how to support our child even beyond the therapy sessions.

We also had a consultation with Dr. Nadia, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. She explained everything clearly and ensured we understood the treatment plan. It was evident that the therapists and doctor worked together as a team, always keeping our child's best interests at the center of their care.

A special mention goes to the reception team as well. They always greeted us with warm smiles, were friendly, and made every visit pleasant and welcoming.

We had a wonderful experience with Hope AMC. My son attended speech therapy with Ms Zineb and she was amazing with him. She is kind, patient and so supportive and encouraging. Her passion and love for what she does is so evident. My son was so comfortable with her and really enjoyed his sessions. He made a lot of progress in his time with her. The staff in general are amazing and the ladies in reception always greeted us with a smile and were always very kind and accommodating.

We want to share how much further our little one, which had a bifid uvula and couldnt articulate any words, got to with Ms Mansi. She was able to get him to pay attention and practice different sounds with his mouth. We can now understand what he says most of the times and it made a huge difference at school. On top of that, Ms Mansi worked together with the school for his development to carry on with their support. Thanks so much!

My son Raiden as a tourist here in Dubai we enrol him at Hope Medical Abilitation because of speech delay, the therapist of my son was Ms. Ishara she is the one who help to my son to improved his speech delay, he teach ABA therapy and Occupational therapy to develop some skills. She is approachable everytime we finish the session, she always telling me the activities they where doing everytime if we have a session to her. I highly recommend this centre.

I would like to share very positive feedback about Hope Medical Centre. It is a very professional place with a high standard, an excellent approach, and huge potential. From the very beginning, everything is clearly explained, they tell you exactly what to do, how to do it, and they create a complete, well-structured programme tailored to the child's needs.

Tomas, who has been working closely with our son, is an incredibly kind and dedicated person. He is a very good therapist who genuinely cares and helps children achieve new goals step by step. His approach to children is outstanding, patient, motivating, and supportive.

After moving to Dubai from Australia , we struggled for a year to find the right therapists for our 10 year old who has a physical disability and is in a wheelchair. I am so glad we went to the disability expo in Dubai and found out about HOPE AMC, the PT (Mostafa) was actually recommended to us by our child’s Neurologist and Orthopaedic doctor. This was the best decision ever. Hope actually gave us hope, my daughter made a lot of progress . The techniques they use are outclass. Well trained and work with dedication. Highly recommended.

I went to Hope Center feeling very scared, hopeless, and worried about my 3-month-old son who had just been diagnosed with plagiocephaly. Dr. Bilal immediately reassured me and took excellent care of my baby. He was always available, kind, and patient, answering all my questions every time. Throughout his journey, Rio has benefited from Speech & Communication Therapy, Occupational Therapy (with a strong focus on independent life skills and sensory work), Feeding Therapy and Physical Therapy - Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME).
